Negar is a graduate of Lausanne University, School of Law, in Switzerland. She received her Canadian law degree from the University of Ottawa in 2002 and has been licensed to practice law in Ontario since September 2003. She is also a member of the New York bar.

David Morris (613) 235-1266 x 228
David has been practicing solely in the area of Canadian immigration law for eleven years. From Nova Scotia, he received his law degree at Dalhousie University ('91) and his Masters in Law from the University of Ottawa ('02). He is a member of the Ontario bar (the Law Society of Upper Canada). He deals with all issues relating to Canadian immigration law. He appears regularly before the Immigration and Refugee Board, the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal. He has spoken at seminars on Canadian immigration law in Canada, India, Pakistan and Eastern Europe. In addition to his many community and professional activities he sits on the executive of the Canadian Bar Association (Ontario)'s immigration section as well as Canadian Lawyer's for International Human Rights.

Mike is a graduate of Memorial University of St. John's Newfoundland and Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto, Ontario. He is a member of the Bar of Ontario and Newfoundland. He has practiced Immigration Law in Ottawa for the past 15 years. He is the former Co-Chair of the Immigration Section of the Carleton County Law Association, past Vice-President of the Ottawa Carleton Immigrant Service Organization and a former Board Member of West End Legal Services; a Legal Aid Clinic. He is advisory Counsel to the Refugee Immigrant Action Committee and has served on a number of Boards and Committees to assist newcomers to Canada. He has successfully represented thousands of clients on a wide variety of immigration matters.

Robert is a graduate of McGill University (B.A.) and of the Faculty of Law at the University of Alberta. He was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1984. Robert Riley has been a Member of the Executive of the Immigration Law Committee of his local County Law Association since 1991, and taught for 6 years as an Assistant teacher of Public Law for the Bar Admission Course of Ontario. Mr. Riley has appeared before the Immigration and Refugee Board on hundreds of occasions. Robert Riley is a former diplomat who spent 7 years with the Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs. He is completely fluent in Canada's two official languages, English and French.
